So now what? Twitter slowly dying?

Twitter it seems is getting to be more of a bother than anything else. And trust me, I've got all the time in the world being unemployed as of writing this. So why don't I see the use of it anymore.

Well...

I can't write slightly lengthy to ridiculously long blogs about nothing and about what I am doing like I am here. 160 characters sometimes is a drawl, I can do under 200 more easily, but apparently we must follow the SMS standards placed forth by the cell phone monopolies!

Also almost everyone on Twitter has a Facebook account. (OK, I only have 1 person that I actually do know who doesn't have Facebook) And if you have a data service with your phone (you can send emails outside of WiFi zones!) which you use for Twitter then you also have access to Facebook Mobile (if that's what its demon offspring is called?)

The Iran situation with all the blood and Ahmedimejhad and the council rejecting him. Recounts, Obama sayign something about it and then a huge army of civilian reporters streaming almost instantaneous text news. That all happened. It all made Twitter seem a whole lot more important for important events.

But guess what?

MJ died.
And from there I haven't heard shit on Iran. Its hard to find stuff that is recent too through google news. I last heard something about a recount, and then...

Exactly!
And sorry if I don't feel like "twatting" all over the place about Harry Potter or Transformers in 160 characters or less. I'd rather just take a dump. Or eat a delicious bag of sour patch kids till my mouth was numb from the sour chemicals and the razor sharp crystals that contain them!
That sounds lots better.

I wondering if I should or not....

It would be a lot of fun. I've been thinking for the past month or two of making a YouTube show that offers sorta an outside look into how we operate here on Earth. You know investigating mysteries like why don't we have hair all over, why do we sign laws for banning all nukes while still not realistically actually destroying said nukes. Its gonna be called Welcome to Earth. I was thinking about putting a population note as a subtitle but I think that the title by itself is pretty good.

Other items I intend to cover on the show.
Politics: What color is the liberal agenda?
Drugs: Legal vs not so legal
80's TV: Man that hockey hair was awesome
Sex: Is it beneficial for everyone?
Candy: Drugs that make you fat
Insects: They're hard on the outside?
Aliens: God doesn't like you
Gays: The other people God doesn't like
TVs: God obviously invented them for us
Medicine: They're drugs too, but different
Food: We eat it because its cheap

Anyways, my head is running out of ideas for the meanwhile but tell me what you guys think. I'm going to try to base the narrations from a stupid and ignorant viewpoint about most of the world, but also one that still points out very simple yet truthful arguments. I'm shooting for a comedy both in apparent ignorance but also in satirizing day to day life. I think I'll try to make the narrator be a fan of Frank Chu and his 12 Galaxies TV Show theory! Its in the works for now, in the works of my brain to be more precise. Hopefully though soon I will have something physical. And please offer any insight if you got any.

I found a funny lil' tidbit from myself

Its from 3 years and 1 month ago and was destined to be put onto my MySpace page at the time. Its now deceased, thank god seeing as I killed it, I'm just saying don't go looking for it! Anyways, it was quite the compliation of everything from then, til now and beyond. Have a look at my mind in June of 2006...

Grabbing life by the horns (sans a Dodge Ram!)

Being without a job from my last til the week after next or never at all; I felt that a list would let me gather my thoughts a little clearer. First, I was OK where I was working they almost always seem to pay more the less you do. I'm not being a douche here, 80% of the other employees (there's was only about 14) would agree. Not only that it has become the gauntlet of time for me to make it or break it for my very late raise. Or should I say lack of equal pay. I was getting a damn good amount where I had worked previously til they had to shut their doors, but making $11 here is not beneficial for me at all, (and just a little higher than half of what I was making!) especially when I still have health stuff that should finally be coming to a close. But the bills still have to be paid. I had previously had not ask for a raise due to a bunch of emotional stuff I had put myself through. Now, I'd say that life's timing is even worse this time around, but now I'm grabbing it by the bull horns! Kind of a weird turnaround for lots of other stuff too.

Things to accomplish this week (7.2.2009-7.8.2009)

  • Clean up and organize a lot of my junk so that my mind may think
  • Fix my bike's braking system so that I may fully increase my time exercising and its frequency. Bike fixed July 4th
  • Clear out everything out of the basement of my parents, first starting at ground zero: my room. (Moth problems that aren't fought vigilantly enough result in "peace" keeping)
  • Reformat and clean install XP on the downstairs computer at my mom's Done July 3rd
  • Try to get some sort of time line for my new temporary home on what work will be/needs to be done
  • Take pictures on The Fourth and also begin building up my SketchUp texture library for modeling Bellingham in Google Earth
  • Do more art, writing included. When is that sci-fi story of mine coming out? (Whether or not it's a comic or novel!)
  • File for unemploymentDone July 11th

Things to accomplish this summer (Now to October)

  • Unlock my online stock trading account
  • Study the market and spot the next big thing (while it is still out of the limelight!)
  • Buy or sell stock
  • Look into creating a portfolio or getting certified for anything
  • Study up on web design, databases, CSS, Flash and both C++ and Basic
  • Find a direction I want to go and stick to it career and personal wise
  • Study up on Tax law and Corporations. This is both for possibly professional and personal reasons. Damn rich people telling us to do OUR BEST!
  • Get a Dev. Kit of Anything
  • Dress and act closer to what I am as a person
  • Find a girl that is generally smart, beautiful and strong in both will and self-esteem so that she doesn't hop around. I don't have to date her, it would just be nice to know that she exists! I mean when a coworker says you're gonna get a big-breasted physicist as a girl doesn't that mean something? (Did I already find her?)
  • Hopefully either be employed or am somewhat self-employed in my dealings with business and personal/professional growth over the summer
